Any parents thinking about getting their kids into Rugby have a great opportunity to do so through signing up for the junior club. Children can start enjoying the beautiful game while maintaining a positive and healthy lifestyle from the age of 7. Our junior players resumed training on Saturday 18 January 2020. Training is held every Saturday morning at Midrand High School starting from 08h30 to 10h30 with more training days and times projected for the month of February.
The Stingers management and players congratulated ex Springboks player Mr Kaya Malotana on his appointment as the head coach at TUT. We thank coach Kaya for being a constant inspiration to many young players. Mr Malotana worked very closely with the Midrand team in the past season.
The Stingers have a planned international tour to Zimbabwe as part of their season preparations. This tour comes at the right time to help coaches and players in finding more time together to work on the game plan as well as consider position changes. Any business looking to sponsor the club for this tour can get in touch with management on info@tshumastingers.co.za, Cc tshumastingers@gmail.com or call 078 266 0723.

A big thank you to Mr Timmy Goodwin of the Golden Lions Rugby Union, our coaches, players, parents and schools for making our first ever local schools rugby league a huge success in which Midrand High School won both the U17 and U15s age groups. From here our junior club efforts can only rise and shine added Tshuma. Through this programme the Club have assisted Noordwyk Secondary School in putting teams together. We will be making efforts to see the school play in Golden Lions Schools league this year.

Stingers are calling on businesses and members of the Greater Midrand Community to come and join hands with us to make this journey a success story of all time. We believe that the road to success is always under construction and our dedicated team will see to it that Midrand Stays on the Rugby Map.
